All-American Dairy Foundation
2024 Arthur W. Nesbitt Award Winner
Regan Jackson

Picture
Regan Jackson of Boyce, VA is the daughter of Kevin & Laura Jackson. She owns 15 head of Jersey cattle as a part of the famed herd Waverly Farm and now housed at Windy Knoll View in Mercersburg, PA. Regan is currently enrolled at Louisiana State University as a Nutrition & Food Science major.

Regan impressed the judges with an exceptional essay on dairy industry management and her extensive All-American Dairy Show participation. She participated in the PNJS and AADS shows in each of the last 9 years, adding participation in 4-H Dairy Judging contest, Dairy Management contest and the Youth Showmanship competition. She put a lot of thought into the management of a modern dairy operation and how to optimize the efficiency of a farm. When asked to advise a young dairy exhibitor, Regan preached putting the experience above winning and losing and being present, both of which describe her attitude over her years at the All-American Dairy Show.

Congratulations to Regan for her hard work and we look forward to seeing what you accomplish in the future!
